What to expect
before you arrive
We’re so excited to welcome you and your family into our space! To make your first visit smooth and stress-free, be sure to fill out your intake forms before you arrive—we’ll send them your way as soon as your appointment is scheduled. We also ask that you come about 15 minutes early to get checked in and settled. We can’t wait to meet you and start this journey together!
first visit
From the moment you walk in, you’ll be greeted with a warm smile and a whole lot of excitement by our amazing team! Then you’ll meet with one of our doctors to chat about your health story, what brought you in, and where you’d love to go on this journey—for yourself or your little one.
We’ll do a thorough exam using our CLA INSiGHT scans to see how stress, tension, or misalignments might be impacting your nervous system. These scans help us clearly understand what’s going on beneath the surface, so we can build a care plan that’s personalized just for you.
Your first visit usually takes about 30–45 minutes, and we’ll guide you every step of the way!
second visit
At your second visit, we’ll go over everything we learned from your scans and exam so you know exactly what’s going on and how we can help. Before you arrive, our doctors take the time to carefully review your case and create a custom care plan designed to meet your specific goals.
During this visit, we’ll walk you through:

We know your health and finances are important, and we believe in being clear and upfront—no surprises. Once all your questions are answered and you’re ready to move forward, you’ll receive your first adjustment!
