We recommend making your reservation in advance as our most popular times book quickly.  As we will do our best to accommodate wall-ins we do not guarantee same day appointment availability.

Appointment days and times may be requested by you via email or phone message but your desired appointment is never guarenteed or finalized until one of our therapist have spoken directly to you to confirm its availability.

If your desired appointment time in currently unavailable you may always ask to be placed on a waiting list to be called if there are any cancellations made around your desired time.


We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your spa treatment(s). A late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time in order to accommodate other guests.


We respectfully request 48 hours cancellation notice for spa packages and a 24 hour cancellation notice for all other services.

A cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service will apply to changes made after this time.

No show appointments will be charged the full price of their scheduled appointment.


Payment is required at the time of service.

Unfortunately at this time insurance will NOT pay for or reimburse for any massages or other spa services.

We gladly accept cash, check, Visa and Mastercard credit cards as forms of payment.

Gift Cards are accepted but may not be transferred to another person without both parties consent.

All prices, services and hours of operation are subject to change without prior notice.

General Spa Information

A locker, spa robe and slippers are provided for each guest.  Our spa services are done directly on the skin with modest draping at all times.  If you have any issues with the comfort level of undressing please inform your therapist prior to your treatment.

We ask that you please inform your therapist prior to your treatment of any health conditions that may be contraindications for massage therapy, heat therapies or skin care.


Our spa policies, set back in 2000 regarding service times have been set based on industry standards.

One Hour Massage – Actual hands-on treatment time is 50 mins.

The additional time is dedicated to a therapist consultation and disrobing

Hour and a Half Massage – Actual hands-on treatment time is 80 mins.

The additional time is dedicated to a therapist consultation and disrobing


For the comfort of our guests we ask that cell phones be turned off.

We are a smoke free and alcohol free environment.

Referrals are appreciated and rewarded.
