Chiropractor and Acupuncturist
Dr. Paul Puetz is a native of Mitchell, SD and began Complete Health Center with his wife, Jenna, in 2000. After graduating from SDSU with a major in Biology, he attended Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington and graduated in 2000. His passion for health is clear in his continued education focus in nutrition, pediatrics, and sports performance. As a licensed acupuncturist he focuses on the whole health of a person and uncovering the cause of problems, not just relief of symptoms. Dr. Paul draws patients from the tri state area for his passion, expertise, chiropractic skill and knowledge of whole body health. As a high school sports athlete himself and his son, currently playing College Basketball, his desire to ensure athletes have the best possible options for recovery and injury prevention. Whole Body Care specialties are his focus and in 2020 added the revolutionary technique, FAKTR, soft tissue mobilization- speeding up healing and recovery with the latest technologies.
Dr. Ally Schwagel (Zollner) is a native of Pipestone, MN where she graduated from high school in 2008. She continued her education at SMSU where she received a BA in Biology in 2011. She then attended Northwestern Health Sciences University where she received her Doctorate in 2014. Dr. Ally has a passion for helping patients of all ages lead a healthier lifestyle through Chiropractic care and acupuncture. She utilizes Diversified Technique, Activator (instrument assisted), Thompson Drop Technique and SOT blocking. She has taken a special interest in working with women, infants and children. She is currently working towards her Academy of Chiropractic Family Practice's Council on Chiropractic Pediatrics certification (C.A.C.C.P). When not in the office, Dr. Ally enjoys going to baseball games, hunting and ice fishing. She resides in Marshall with her husband, Ryan, daughter Hannah and their yellow lab, Harper.
Dr. Kelly Dvorak grew up in the small town of Annandale MN where she graduated high school in 2006. She continued her education at Winona State University where she received her BS in Cell and Molecular Biology in 2010. She then continued her education at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where she received her degree in February 2014. Dr. Kelly has always had a heart of helping those in need through chiropractic care. She has taken a special interest in working with extremity care (Shoulders, ankles, knees, etc.) Dr. Kelly is now in the Marshall office Monday - Friday each week. She resides in Milroy with her husband Matt, and 2 beautiful daughters Olive and Mira.
